Ralph and Louise Howe.

Ralph Howe, along with his wife Louise, founded the work known as The Sanctuary, in the city of Regina, SK in February 1980. They still jointly pastor this church and enjoy an active, extra-local, international ministry as an apostolic-prophetic team.

Ralph was born and raised in Montreal and earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University. After several years working for an international firm of Chartered Accountants he went to seminary in Toronto and graduated with his Masters of Divinity degree.   He is currently completing a Master of Arts in Religious Studies at the Canadian Theological Seminary and writing his thesis for a doctorate degree.

Almost five years after being ordained a priest Ralph attended a service in a small town in Saskatchewan. That night (November 8, 1976) the Lord touched his body and healed it. The next night he returned and received Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Saviour. Three months later he received the mighty baptism in the Holy Spirit. This began a powerful, prophetic teaching ministry called Winds of Change Ministries International.

Under the teaching of the Word and the ministry of the Holy Spirit people are getting saved, healed, delivered and set free as God's word goes forth. Ralph also teaches in the mid-west United States and in the Ukraine where he planted a new church in the city of Bogaslov. He continues to teach and minister on a regular basis in the Ukraine with two trips a year.

Ralph is an anointed apostle and teacher in the Body of Christ. He makes God's Word come alive and helps believers of all ages to understand the heart of God as revealed both in the Bible and in the current worldwide move of God's Holy Spirit.

The power, fire and love of God are consistently seen during prayer and ministry times as Ralph and his wife Louise minister by God's grace after each teaching session.

Larry and Lois Seeman

Larry and Lois Seeman pastor New Covenant Family Church in Weyburn, Saskatchewan where they have ministered for 5 years.

They are the parents of 3 children one of whom still lives at home attending high school. They are the proud grandparents of 2.

Along with pastoring Larry also travels and ministers in both Saskatchewan and the northern plain states (North Dakota and Montana) under his traveling ministry - New Covenant Ministries.

Bob and Irene MacDonald

Bob and Irene jointly pastor Harvest Christian Fellowship in Saskatoon which they founded in 1987. They have one daughter, who is an accountant & son-in-law, who is studying engineering at the University of Saskatchewan and a dog named Keiko.

Bob was born and raised in Edmonton and earned a diploma in Mechanical Engineering. After working in consulting engineering for 2 years, he went to Canadian Bible College and graduated with a Bachelor of Theology degree. He has been pastoring since 1980. Bob is actively studying for his Master’s degree from Wagner Leadership Institute.

Irene was raised on a farm just outside of Edmonton. She graduated from Northwest Bible College in Edmonton and continues to work with Bob in the church.

Bob is a tremendous teacher of God’s Word and has taught for Life Builders Network in our Grow Days. Irene speaks at Ladies Retreats and seminars and is used wonderfully by God to bring healing and inner freedom to others.

Elizabeth Snyder

Elizabeth wears many hats in our organizations. She works as the administrative assistant for The Sanctuary Church, as Personal Assistant to the Senior Pastor of The Sanctuary Church - Ralph Howe. She is also on full-time staff at Ralph Howe Ministries as Ralph's Personal Assistant and is working part-time with Life Builders Network (a Network of churches founded by Ralph) as office manager.

Elizabeth is in her fifth year of Global Discipleship Schools International and along with her husband Darryl, she co-leads an outreach team for The Sanctuary Church.

She is the mother of three wonderful children, and is earnestly striving to instill Biblical principles into their lives.
